Molly Caldwell is a fourth generation Japanese Canadian (Yonsei) living and working in Calgary, AB. She recently graduated from the Alberta College of Art + Design in May 2017, and has just completed a residency at the Banff Centre. Her practice hinges on using a hybrid language of art and design, as she explores Canadian identity and aesthetics through textile and sculptural works.
