The past two years have seen Femme Wave start the process of restructuring the organization to centre 2SLGBTQIA+ Black, Indigenous and Racialized folks and build a foundation for leadership in which they can thrive.
This transformation has involved significant efforts. Unlearning and relearning, reviewing and dismantling the current organizational structure, and working on rebuilding just enough of a shell of an organization, so we can invite new people and voices into the group who can continue to rethink, rebuild, and further evolve the collective future of Femme Wave.
We are excited to share that we are ready to welcome new people to Femme Wave, with two different options for involvement. We are looking to hire an Interim Executive Director(s), and bring in new board members. If you are interested, please find more information at:
