Bittersweet but mostly bitter is how Mulligrub describe themselves and really, we don’t think there’s a better way to describe them. This Winnipeg trio dives into some serious heavy territory in their lyrics but they smash it up with catchy as hell riffs and the heart-wrenchingly sweet vocals of Kelly Grub. It’s a real nice juxtaposition of, well, real life. Everyone who sees Mulligrub loves ‘em, so if you haven’t yet here’s your shot!
